A fast coconut shrimp dinner bowl built entirely from smart shortcuts.
Some nights you want dinner on the table fast. This is one of those meals where almost everything is already made — you just need to find the version that works for your allergies.

Ingredients
- Pack of Coconut Shrimp
- Mango and Pineapple Salsa
- 90 second cilantro lime rice
Instructions
1. Cook the shrimp In the air fryer according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the rice Massage the rice pouch to separate. Tear the top slightly open and microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Build the bowl Start with a base of rice. Spoon the mango pineapple salsa over the rice.
4. Finish Top with the hot coconut shrimp and serve immediately.
